We moved to Tennessee in December and have had some issues with medical insurance and finding good care , Dr. DiChiara was very good in responding to my pain and medical needs , Which I unfortunately live with . Within a week I had my Consultation and they immediately contacted my insurance company ! They obtained needed authorizations for Lumbar epidural Injections Within one week. I had my consult and procedure completed !! The Nurse that assisted was wonderful, caring and understanding and went above and beyond for me!! I have been with this doctor for about four months and I really like him and the staff. He’s a doctor who actually looked at my past records, orders new ones and has helped me so much. The staff is pleasant and friendly and treat you respectfully. So far I have been able to get through the workweek much better than I have in the past. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with your spine or back. I’m happy and I am finally getting the relief I have tried to get for over six years!! Trust me when I say this state doesn’t make it easy for people with chronic illness and pain to get help and I am very thankful for Commonwealth.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor was friendly and outgoing. He introduced himself and shook my hand.
