The dental hygienist is personable and professional, offering helpful suggestions and excellent communication. The staff goes out of their way to make patients feel comfortable, especially those with anxiety. During procedures, patients are often offered blankets and the option to listen to music, helping to create a calm environment. Dr. Trotter takes a tough love approach to get patients back on track with their oral health, making them feel empowered to make their own decisions. With years of experience, this dental office has earned a reputation for providing top-notch service to entire families. The front desk staff is always kind and helpful, and the team works hard to ensure every patient feels well taken care of.
I am so thankful for Dr. Trotter and his staff! We were coming into town for vacation when my 5 year old had an injury to his two front teeth. I called multiple pediatric and adult dentists in the Carolinas and Tennessee and no one would see my child the same day. Dr. Trotter does not see kids younger than 10 but he was willing to see my son in this emergency. We had X-rays done and he gave us the best recommendation on what needed to be done next. He needed an oral surgeon to remove the teeth and this was done at the hospital later that night. I am so appreciative for Dr. Trotter’s guidance!
I had a crown come off on vacation and sevierville dental was the only dentist office that I could get an appointment with. Dr. David Trotter and staff were very helpful and accommodating. I received an x ray and they reinstalled my crown. Very happy with their care and cost. Everything was broke down on the bill. Highly recommend this office. Very friendly people.
I am so incredibly thankful for the staff at Dr. Trotter’s office. Over the last few months, they have been beyond accommodating and helpful with my kids. We had the hardest time finding a dentist after they outgrew their pediatric dentist, and this office truly went above and beyond for our family. From the front office staff to the assistants and Dr. Trotter himself, every single person has been amazing. I am genuinely SO grateful for the care, patience, and kindness they’ve shown us. I can’t recommend them or praise them enough.
