The staff goes out of their way to make patients feel comfortable, especially those with anxiety. During procedures, patients are often offered blankets and the option to listen to music, helping to create a calm environment. Dr. Trotter takes a tough love approach to get patients back on track with their oral health, making them feel empowered to make their own decisions. The front desk staff is always kind and helpful, and the team works hard to ensure every patient feels well taken care of.
I would highly recommend Dr Trotter and his staff. He did a wonderful job getting me set up for a root canal and he sent me to Dr. Crossen at Fountain City Endodontics where I had a great experience. The front desk, to his dental assistant to Dr Trotter himself took very good care of me !
this dentist has been so kind to me. im 17 with really bad dentist anxiety, ive never had work done before but i had to get multiple fillings recently. i was very worked up and crying but one of the ladies offered to hold my hand, and she talked me through it all. through everything, the dentists have been so kind to me. they give me blankets when im cold and let me listen to music in my headphones during it all too! i recommend this dentist to anyone, especially younger people with anxiety. they’re amazing.
My experience at Dr.Trotters office was amazing! His front desk staff is always so kind and helpful. His Assistant Marlea went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable the whole time during my procedure! Dr. Trotter is hands down the best dentist and always so thorough!
