I just have to say.... That without the professional and quality work provided by Walter in plumbing and Trey in HVAC I would have lost my mind. I am currently trying to close on my dad's home after he passed, and Quality has been there not only over the last year but for several years with my dad. From the front office staff to dispatch to the happy calls after the completion of a job. Meghan, Cortney, Sarah and I am sure I forgotten someone, but they are all true ROCKSTARS as customer service goes.
Walter in plumbing came out to address a pressure issue, resolved it then came back out when I was unable to install some bathroom faucets. He was professional, kind and the type of person you wished you had as a friend. Thank you, Walter, for your hard work and understanding.
Trey in HVAC had to crawl the length of the home just to diagnose the issue, then with a smile went on to repair all the issues he found. Thanks to Trey for resolving the final issue that would have stopped the closing. Trey is professional and a 5 Star kind of Guy.
Again, I know this is long, but you can never say too much good about a company when you find one Like Quality. I Would not only recommend them to anyone in the area but wish they were in my hometown.

Right now we are in a heaaaaat waaaaaave and my AC unit decides its the time to act up (ugh!) Right when I called I was told they'd be over within 30 min! & they were!! They were fast and professional! We can't thank you all enough!! 100% recommend!!

Choosing America's Home Place in Knoxville, TN to build our home was the best choice. No other builder in our area would build what we wanted and how we wanted it. Ben, Sydney and Jason W. were wonderful to work with. Very professional team with the knowledge and patients to make the home building an enjoyable process. Travis is the secret valuable asset to this team. I have learned so much from Travis when he comes to work on the punch list for warranty issues. We will miss Travis when our warranty expires!
Amazing friendly staff. Dr. Stinson is amazing, he gave me back my amazing beautiful smile. I have recommended many family meme here to him. I have extreme anxiety issues and he was very understanding about that as well when I had an panic attack in his office while he was working on my teeth. He is truly an amazing dentist. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Mike definitely knows the trade of dry wall .he did a great job. Staying on task and as I up serve the process it truly was remarkable. We also had Mike do textier to our wall addition which mach the rest of the house remarkable also our selling had a tipe of textures which we didn't know but he knew. To say the least Mike is fully experienced in the drywall trade . I would recommend to anyone. Give him a call you won't regretted. Thanks Mike.

Josh Norwood responded to my email inquiry same day. He came by and quoted an estimate to do my mowing and trimming. He was dressed very professionally and presentably, was clean cut, and was friendly, well spoken, and service oriented. I enjoyed talking with him and his price quote for the job was in line with my expectation.
Despite constant care, genetics have blessed me with a multitude of oral issues that continue to get worse with age. Dr. Schafer and his team are patient and thorough every time I have questions about what may happen as it continues to decline and reassure me we are on track for best possible results. Recently I made an appt outside my regular check ups just to review those questions/concerns in extensive detail. Dr. Schafer was incredibly patient, and informative. He opened my chart to show me the changes through the course of my treatment and why he felt his plan of care was best for me. He took a lengthy amount of time to discuss every question I had. His only concern was my care. He could have offered plans I didn’t need …. but instead he took the time to review my chart with me and assure me the progression wasn’t as concerning as I had feared. His office is professional and sincere from admin to clinical. Truly thankful for a dentist with heart and integrity. You won’t get better care anywhere else!
