Cox & Webb Heating & AC has provided outstanding service since 2018, with technicians Johnny and Jaime arriving by 11:30 AM after an 8 AM call and fixing the AC by noon. Their service is exceptional, with past calls and new system installations. Technicians troubleshoot and find HVAC problems in about 15 minutes, getting systems back up and running quickly, showing professional knowledge. Used for over 15 years, they are excellent, extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, honest, and trustworthy. They are extremely fast and efficient, fixing an old fuse box and a short in a York system within an hour of calling.
We have been using Cox and Webb since we bought our cabin in 2018. Their service has been outstanding. Our AC went out and I called this morning at 8am. Johnny and Jaime were here by 1130 and had the problem fixed by noon. They have made several past service calls and installed a new system for us. They have always provided exceptional service. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work.
The technicians at Cox and Webb took all of about 15 minutes to troubleshoot and find the problem with our hvac. We were back up and running in no time. Very professional and their knowledge of hvac systems is so good.
