The Nail Lounge is clean, staff is amazingly friendly, and beyond professional. My nails look fabulous and my elderly mom loved her mani/pedi experience. Justin was gentle and very concerned with my mom's feeling and well being.
My husband and I were visiting Pigeon Forge this week. I had my nails done where I live the week before, but I had chipped my thumb nail. It was going to be a week before I could go to my regular shop. I stopped by The Nail Lounge to see if they could fix it for me. Lynn was very nice. She took the time to help me find the matching color and matched it perfectly. I had the cat eyes design and she fixed it perfectly. She also did not charge me anything. I told her I would be happy to pay her, but she said no. Most people would not have done this for free. I really appreciated her taking the time to make me happy. I would definitely go there again. Thank you so much!
My significant other and I are down here on vacation. Prior to vacation I had gotten my nails done and it was a definite need to get them off. I had searched for a place locally and came across the nail lounge. Lilly and her coworker there were so welcoming and inviting to their facility! Prices were 100% reasonable and they make you feel very comfortable. I 100% highly recommend. Thank you again Lilly for a beautiful job on my nails!
