“We were in the process of cooking dinner and became distracted outside and forgot we had some baked beans on the stove. We came back in to a house filled with smoke and the stench of burnt beans. Brett walked us through the insurance process and what it would take to rid the stench from the house. They cleaned every item, door, wall, cabinet, appliance, baseboard, and all trim. They even had a specialty company that came in and collected electronics and all linen materials that specialized in smoke cleaning of those certain items.
