Had a very positive experience with Tim and crew on a 2 car garage addition, new roof, driveway and front railing and overhang addition. Workers were at site at same time and left at same time everyday, and were very professional. I felt I could have given them key to my house while I went on vacation. The work was excellent.

Mr Lowder and his team replaced my basement wall with a new poured concrete wall and did a fantastic jo! They were here on time , always cleaned up behind themselves and their work was excellent. His crew is amazing!

I cannot say enough about Tim and his team of skilled workers. Each of them went above and beyond on every job they did at my home. Having never been the sole decision maker for repairs on such a large scale, the thought of having to do so became really intimidating! I called Tim and talked with him about some of the issues with my house and he was here first thing the next morning. We talked about what needed to be done and what did not. I had already hired someone for foundation work that I was told I needed, so that was the first thing Tim addressed. After careful inspection, he determined that I DID NOT need this expensive work at all and explained why. From that moment on, I felt that Tim was honest and I could trust him. Plus, I had 'done a little homework on Lowder and Lowder Construction before calling him and was impressed with what I read about his company. After discussing all repairs/issues, I hired Tim and his team right away...best decision I could have made!Everyone was on time each day and if Tim was not here, he was always available by phone. These workers did just that..they worked! If I had a question, someone was always able to answer it for me and seemed more than happy to do so.Tim had unique ideas for certain areas of my house and I am so glad that I listened to him and agreed with his suggestions. My home is so beautiful now, thanks to Tim Lowder and his team! He will be the only contractor I call for any future work I might need for my home!Thanks so much, Tim and crew, for transforming my house into something prettier than I could have ever imagined it would be!!
