When one must call on a restoration company, it obviously means some disaster or tragedy has happened. It isn't a good time. Our damage resulted from about 16,000 gallons of water (according to uti8itie readings) being released in a house we were remodeling, destroying new cabinets (installed less than 24 hours prior), new flooring, and drenching some existing carpet. It was devastating. It took close to 3 weeks to "dry-out" the house before restoration could begin. Our Homeowners holder referred us to PaulDavis Restoration. “I had a situation where I was working remotely with Paul-Davis to do some work at my mom & step-dad's house. John was quite cooperative with the need to contact our realtor to access the house to do the repairs.
