When moving into our new home, the inspector said we had some possible mildew issues in our attic. I called around for help and Southeast Restoration was one of the first to respond. Jeremy immediately reached out and set up and appointment, and let me know Zach would be coming to take a look for us.Zach showed up exactly on time, and went to look reviewing the situation. He was very professional and shared everything he found about the attic. We are planning on making some changes and upgrades to the home, and I will not hesitate to call Southeast Restoration again to perform the work. They are very professional, punctual, and communicate very well.

On the project side, everything was 100% great. Managers and workers were kind and helpful and efficient. They all did an amazing job within the estimated time frame. 10/10On the quoting side, the difference between the initial quote and the actual cost was significant. This was an insurance job, so the insurance company did all the negotiating. They brought the cost down nearly 1/3 from the initial quote. If I were to use them again on a non-insurance job, I would know to get multiple quotes and haggle on the cost.
