Our experience with the Southeast Restoration team was very good. They were communicative and arrived within the estimated window. We also appreciated their politeness and professionalism.
Dealing with an AC water leak in the attic was a nightmare, leaving us with water damage across our den ceiling, walls, and carpet. Southeast Restoration stepped in immediately, with Ben coming out over the weekend to assess the damage and setting up a game plan. By early Monday morning, Evan and Charles arrived right on time, answered all my initial questions, and got straight to work. Along with Douglas and Aaron, they moved incredibly fast to tear out the ruined drywall, insulation, and flooring, leaving the house completely dried and dehumidified. They treat your home like it's their own and clearly take immense pride in their work.
