Jordan and team were wonderful to work with. Their responsiveness was welcome to a tough event during the holiday season. Clear communication and willingness to work with our insurance company to come to a quick claim resolution helped us move forward with repairs. Though I hope to never have to use his team again, I certainly will if needed and I know who to recommend to anyone facing issues.
Jordan of Flood & Fire Pros was the consummate professional in dealing with the water damage in our home. He and his team showed up on time, were very knowledgeable and did their job well. He and his 2 team members were respectful of our home and time and also helpful in dealing with our insurance company. Although no one wants to deal with damage in their home, the best thing you can do is call Jordan immediately to handle it. I'd give him triple A plus!
Flood and fire pros were very professional and friendly, everyone was very good at their jobs and made sure that the crawlspace was dry and there was no moisture in the floor joists. Jordan and his crew had to put spelunking skills in use due to the crawlspace access, and achieved great success. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs water remediation!
