“I can’t say that I had a 5 star experience since my security camera caught one of their employees making fun of me plus slamming a door and kicking a roll of tape when he was frustrated, but the company did treat my crawl space for mold. Juan the project manager was polite, and I met the owner who came to oversee things when air testing after the first round of spraying revealed that a second round needed to be done for the job to be thorough. They were quick to communicate via both email and phone calls. The guys working bagged up and took all the debris with them.I don't know the guy's name who mocked me, but he fits the description of the person with whom the previous reviewer mentioned experiencing a problem - "round and sweaty."“
