“I purchased frames from Warby Parker online before, but this time I wanted to try on the frames in a store. I visited the store in Greenhills in Nashville. Parking was difficult as it was very crowded and there was a fairly long walk to get to the store in the lower level of the mall. But once I arrived, everything went flawlessly. There was lots of choices for frames that all look good to me. The staff was very helpful and helping me choose my frames and making what I thought were good suggestions. I gave them my prescription and was able to order the frames And finish my transaction quickly. Felt better than other eyeglasses stores I visited in the past. Probably not the cheapest store, but I felt I got quality glasses at a reasonable price.“

“these people are awesome and i cannot reccomend this place enough. wait times are commonly very short, and your team (the doctor especially) will listen to you about your concerns and try to help you. theres occasionally some coloring pages out, though they haven't done that in a bit. if you're a religious person i believe they have bibles. they've always caught my eye issues head on, and are patient throughout the whole process.

bonus points: im autistic, and they were very patient on the rare occasions i got overwhelmed or overstimulated :)“

Pro: Easy to make an appointment, I can buy refills within one year of the exam, going in person or by phone has always worked, the tech and the doctor are courteous and efficient.
And its not far from my daily rounds.
