Professional, friendly service. All of the staff are very responsive, act helpfully and take the time to explain services and results. They handled all matters with insurance, and it was so easy to get in and out.
Highly recommended! The staff are absolutely wonderful as is the quality of service. I've never waited long periods of time and the have a very nice selective of frames which I always purchase from them. I'm a fairly new eye glass wearer so I've been hard on my glass before. I called them up to see about buying more glasses and was asked to bring them back in to see if they could fix them... and the did. Very friendly and professional.
Great customer service! My glasses lens popped out and I urgently needed someone to fix it. The guy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly, they got it fixed quickly and I was on my way. Would definitely recommend!
