I have a good experience from start to finish. I was in there with three kids trying on what seemed like every pair of glasses in the store. They made us feel so special when they knew that it was my youngest daughters first pair of glasses and were so sweet when they found out that it was my middle daughters replacement pair. I honestly don’t know how these people stayed so potent and kind with us but they did. Also of note, my middle child has a complex medical history and needs “all the things” on her lenses to protect her eyes. This staff knows their stuff when it comes to lenses so I won’t be getting glasses from anywhere else- whenever it comes to my kids, I have to have the best. Yes they are patient and sweet. That’s all good but for actual… they KNOW their stuff for those complex kiddos.
I love this place! Everyone is nice and professional. They also have a great selection of eyewear.
