Donelson EyeCare

Donelson EyeCare offers exceptional vision and eye health services, catering to both new and returning patients. The practice is known for its friendly and educated doctors, particularly Dr. Harris, who take the time to ensure patients receive the right corrections and fully understand their options. Many patients describe their experiences as wonderful, highlighting the helpfulness of the staff, especially those who assist with glasses and exams. One patient shared that after struggling with an astigmatism for years, they finally received the correct treatment at Donelson EyeCare, resulting in better than 20/20 vision for the first time in over 40 years. While some feedback notes a less friendly front desk staff member, the overall environment is pleasant and efficient.

Patients appreciate the quick service, often finishing their appointments ahead of schedule, and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate needs, as illustrated by an instance where a missed appointment was still honored. The attention to detail during exams is noted, with some patients mentioning they appreciate the thoroughness and time taken for their care. Donelson EyeCare is highly recommended for anyone seeking quality eye care, with many expressing gratitude for the top-notch service they consistently receive.
