The technician was so polite. He gave me a call to let me know exactly his arrival time before he came. When he arrived, he did a thorough walkthrough with me to talk about specific areas of the carpet and stains that I was most worried about. He got straight to work, using corner guards on walls to protect them, and shoe covers too. At the conclusion of the cleaning service he explained the invoice in detail and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary items like most other companies that I have used in the past. I had 3 rooms cleaned which he completed in an hour. The end result was amazing!!! I’m extremely impressed!!!

Ben was exceptional, professional, courteous and did a superb job. I wish all technicians were as good as he was. He was the best that I have ever had and I have had plenty. Job well done Ben!

Steven literally just walked out of my home and I couldn't be happier with everything. My office was a outrageously wrecked from an old dog and everything that comes along with that... He was here early, thoroughly explained everything (was more knowledgeable about carpet than even the carpet salesmen) and got to work straight away. I never thought the carpet could've been revived, but he crushed it! Not only was he amazing at what he did, he is an all around great person and ultra professional. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning!
