“I've been seeing Lucinda so long I can't remember, but it was before she moved from Donelson to Laverne. Now she's in Smyrna and honestly, I'd follow her anywhere! They never make me wait very long or feel rushed to get me out. Lucinda also saw my children when they were younger and is a wonderful family NP with a caring fun staff.“

I visited on 11/19/25 and found both the receptionist and nurse to be patient-centered, kind and professional. They and the doctor asked thoughtful questions and got to the root of the problem. Dr Cai is and has been an important asset to me and my family, whether it's a cold or quadruple bypass surgery (me), Dr Cai takes it very seriously and gives me and my wife, and now grown children, the very very best medical care. On a personal note, it is very important for people of color to be vigilant about their health , I have put my life in Dr Cai care and he knows this.
