Nice, courteous treatment from the door in to on your way out.
The NP was awesome and the new patient interview was in depth and wide ranging . . . the BEST part, she conducted it as friendly and fun conversation instead of the usual "interrogation". A+++
This has been my primary care Doctor for several years. They always find time to accommodate whatever I may be going through and I absolutely trust their medical expertise. They feel like trusted family in many ways, even through difficult times. I had been searching for a primary care office that was a good fit. After many mediocre experiences, I found Signature Health and Wellness after being recommended to become a patient of Dr. Suancey. I’m not sure what is up with the negative reviews because I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here ♥️ I also love that they have an app that you can communicate with them on- they’re always very responsive.
Had my appointment late Monday afternoon, office staff are friendly, wait time wasn’t bad at all, and my provider Jameice Holmes was wonderful! Very thorough and I did not feel rushed. Overall great experience!
