Absolutely horrible experience. Was sent to this location for a worker’s comp claim, and was assigned Dr. Garcia.

The entire appointment took multiple hours, and part of that is because I was being lectured on the human body for 45 minutes. He started off the appointment by saying that patients go there all the time with notes from other doctors, and that he ALWAYS finds out the real diagnosis and other doctors just want money. When he examined my arm, he was incredibly rough which was very painful, and he saw me crying and said “Awh, you don’t like pain, do you?”. I am beyond disappointed with the care my mother received at Conservative Care Occupational Health from Dr. Garcia.

She was sent by tyson for a legitimate work-related nerve injury, and instead of receiving compassion, concern, or a thorough evaluation, she was dismissed and not taken seriously. Nerve damage is not something to brush off, and patients deserve to feel heard and respected — especially when they are in pain.

Dr. Johnson is amazing, super professional, extremely pleasant. Phillip is great, he's a nurse/medical staff, Nicole is super helpful checking you in. The staff, office and medical doctor is 5 stars.
