I saw Richmond. I had the hardest time getting my records transferred from Montana to Tennessee. The staff was so helpful (Anthony) and after that Richmond had a quick response. They are working with me to figure out a healthy plan for me. Very attentive.
Just wanted to leave a quick review for Jessie Richmond. She was extremely easy to talk to and I felt comfortable talking with her about a somewhat embarrassing issue. I normally see Dr. Gilbert who is awesome also but feels good knowing if she isn't in that NP Richmond will be just as good to work with.
Dr. Matar has been our son’s pediatrician since he was born. We didn’t have one picked out prior to delivery, so it we really lucked out! He is so kind, compassionate, and LISTENS! We drive over an hour just to be seen and there are plenty of Pediatricians closer to us, but we love the office, Dr. Matar and his MA. The front desk and check out staff are super sweet, kind and helpful. All of the MA’s seem to really enjoy their job. We have also seen a few of the PAs and NPs. They are also amazing! We cannot thank them enough!
