Front staff definitely has attitude issues, and it’s sad that people who are low income that are trying to better themselves have to get treated poorly. This place is one of the few options available for those people, definitely lack of care shown by the front staff.
The Dr. that I saw was wonderful, it’s just a pain that the front staff is supposed to be the representation of the business and gaining clients…..yikes.
Rather go somewhere else that takes my insurance where I feel safe and supported. This front staff definitely seems like they talk and break HIPPA guidelines.
I have been bringing my mom to the hope clinic for over 10 years now. They were definitely our saving grace. We love our NP Angela Crague and her staff. They go up and beyond to provide great care.
Disappointed. I have been a patient there for 2 years and never requested anything for pain. I have a medically documented condition with test results to substantiate the the pain. I was denied anything for pain relief. The last 6 weeks have been horrible. I can barely walk. Up until this I thought the providers had my best interest in mind.
