“I went to this clinic in Nolensville on Sunday, July 6, 2025. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Donna, one of the nurses, and Lisa, the person who checks people in. Another nurse, whose name I cannot recall, answered my questions very thoroughly. They really took time to help me! I would highly recommend this clinic!“

“I have been seeing Dr Cai for approximately 15 years, I trust his assessment of my health. He is very honest, and he personally cares about my health. Dr Cai is and has been an important asset to me and my family, whether it's a cold or quadruple bypass surgery (me), Dr Cai takes it very seriously and gives me and my wife, and now grown children, the very very best medical care. On a personal note, it is very important for people of color to be vigilant about their health , I have put my life in Dr Cai care and he knows this. I was in today for blood work and they know I hate needles, and some how they create a positive atmosphere where I am comfortable and satisfied.

“Overall I have been happy with Dr. Jian Wei and his NP's that he has on staff there, and the majority of the staff there are great to work with. I like the fact that the practice does take walk ins even from regular patience, because it's kind of hard to schedule a doctor's visit when you get unexpectedly sick, but Some of the staff does seem to be a bit lax (not willing to go above and beyond for the patience, more concerned with their own time than the patience time) We understand that lunch is from 11am-1pm but if a patient walks in at 11:01pm, could we at least see if the doctor would see them, especially since some people might be on their lunch break of 30mins and it is a routine situation where they have seen the doctor before and the only thing they really need is possibly a shot and a prescription, that would take all of 5 mins.... instead I did a teledoc webmd call, which to be honest was about $75 cheaper and did the same thing that Dr. Wei would have done minus the shot. I really wanted to give 5 starts but just couldnt' do it for this reason and other reasons listed below.

The other thing is that the office staff doesn't seem to be in any hurry with follow up information i.e. test results or referrals for specialist, referrals surgeons and what not. I usually have to call the office daily sometimes 3 or 4 times a day just to get information from them, I leave my information with them, but no one ever proactively calls me back. I mean when you see 4-6 people sitting behind the window just sitting there you would think that someone might be proactively on the phone doing these things but hey who am I to judge. Just sick people waiting on information to get better, that's all.“

“I would like to thank surgeon Dr. Wesley P. Thayer and his team for the outstanding job the Did on my Panniculectomy!
From the very first consult, I felt really comfortable and assured that they would do a great job with my surgery. Dr. Thayer and his assistant were so nice, kind and professional.
He gave me so much encouragement that my insurance would cover the costs. He fully explained to me what the surgery would entail and he did just that and more.
The day of the surgery, Dr. Thayer and his team explained everything step of the process. They made me and my husband so at ease with the surgery, I trusted each and every one of them.
