By far the best experience I could imagine from a professional. Googled for heat service when cold weather hit and my unit wasn't working and called knots heating and air. Issac was here within the hour even though it was a Saturday and after hours and didn't take advantage of the situation and our desperation by charging outrageous fees. The few I called before that said earliest they could come look was Monday or Tuesday. He was so nice and professional and explained everything he was checking out. He even called the next day to make sure we stayed warm and heat was working and said when the weather warmed up he wanted to just drive by and check the unit again just...read full review
