“I just want to start off by saying I love getting my nails done at vibes and that every artist there is so kind. I always get my nails done by Mikaela and my mother has gotten hers done by catt a few times.
However there have been a few changes within the past month or so that has caused some discomfort. While I can appreciate the new set up all the artists have received it is alittle too tall especially paired with the massage chairs clients use that are very low to the ground. I'm unfortunately very short so it becomes hard to comfortably give my nail tech my hand and reach her period. The new set up also unfortunately leaves marks on my arms no matter what I try. My only other issue is the new card only policy. I had an appointment where unfortunately I couldn't unlock my card to use, due to an issue out of my control, and even though I had plenty of cash to use, I couldn't because of the new card only policy. Luckily I was able to resolve the issue but it was still a very stressful situation. Again I love coming to vibes and will always recommend it to anyone who asks.“

“I am going to go ahead and give this place 5 stars. Not because I’m someone who gets their nails done regularly, but primarily I do like a good pedi often. What I’m most impressed about this place is their cleanliness standards that are seriously lacking in other “walk-in” style salons in the area. This is the first salon (that I have personally patronized) that does not reuse
nail filers and foot buffers. They use disposable items that get tossed after each client. But the best part: Every time the nail technician is about to start your pedi, they open a fresh bag of autoclaved tools!! They autoclave their tools! Which is a +++ in my book. Scary to think other places don’t use it have one. On top of everything, have never had an issue getting a chair without an appointment here. They have always fit me in. Please keep this place in mind when looking for a place to get a pedi!“

“I have been going to OP Nails since 2019. They are consistently my favorite large nail shop in town. The pedicures are very relaxing and the staff is always very welcoming. Nina has been doing my Gel X nails for the last 6 months and we have really been able to grow out long, healthy nails. She is so funny, talented, and able to handle the increasingly intricate designs I throw at her. Her work is precise, efficient, and fast. I can get a fill in with a minimal design in under an hour. She is amazing!! Will go to her forever.“
