Love this facility and my FNP Amber. The wait time after being placed in the treatment room could be improved, but I understand it is a very busy office and the staff work very hard to make sure things move along smoothly.
I have been going to Boones Creek medical for 8 years and I love everyone there. Their all nice and friendly. Very professional. I talked about them so much now my husband is a patient now.
We just moved to Jonesborough from NYS and both my wife and I had a new patient visit with Marissa. She was outstanding. She took time to establish a rapport with us and never made us feel rushed.
