Knots Heating & Air
“Isaac is exactly the kind of HVAC technician you hope to find. He showed up exactly when he said he would, took the time to thoroughly inspect and service both the outdoor unit and air handler, and explained what he was doing and why every step of the way.
He cleaned the system properly, replaced both capacitors, cleared the condenser lines with nitrogen, and even left me the still-usable old air handler capacitor as a spare. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and Isaac was happy to explain things.
What really impressed me was the combination of knowledge, honesty, and fairness. This was all done on a Saturday, and after several hours of very thorough work, the bill was very fair.
It's rare to find someone who clearly knows his trade, takes pride in doing the job correctly, and doesn't try to turn every line item into an opportunity to run up the bill.
Knots Heating and Air absolutely earned the five-star reviews that led me to call them in the first place. Isaac will be the first person I call for HVAC work from now on. Beyond highly recommended.”
Gross Mechanical
“I've had my Trane dual-fuel heat pump over 10 years; installed and maintained by Gross. Paid a bit more for this unit than others quoted but the service and integrity are unparalleled. That means everything these days!”
