Dear community members of the tri-cities. I called Jeff and he clearly explained that he was on another work site and would be happy to provide home repairs as soon as possible (he actually came to evaluate the work needed on a Saturday afternoon at my request, due to my travel schedule). On the following Tuesday he worked on problems that took several hours to track down and fix ( including a return trip to evaluate additional requests.. i.e. porch lights for security ) upgrading and repairing our electrical systems for safety and home values. I would suspect this home hasn't been checked by an experienced electrician for many years and it's nice to know we can rest comfortable knowing the problems he found and repaired are done. I recommend Jeff's Electric to anyone needing high quality work. Have a nice day!
I know I'm not required to do this and am fulling rating this company fully on my own, I have been working for Visiting Angels for a little over a year now and have to say this is the best company I have ever worked for. They have been more than just a work place, the people in this office have went over and beyond and surpassed what I expected for an employer. From day one at my orientation they made me feel like I was apart of a family (the good kind that you actually love spending time with) and I will continue to work hard for this company and our clients. I've been going to Kelly for 4 years. I've not had any problems. There a small issue but was corrected. Nothing to complain. She's a wonderful person and does hair right. True, she does use a cap to do hilights.

KD Phillips was brought in by my paver to grade the aggregate. The did a fantastic job. Mr. Phillips came to the worksite personally. Very responsive to my needs. I highly recommend his services. UPDATE: My paver screw things up. Left my yard a mess with stone that had frozen in their dump truck just DUMPED in a block, dirt aggravate piled up on my lawn. The Site was left a trashed. I called KD Phillips since I had such a great experience with their service before. He AGAIN personally inspected the fiasco I found myself in. He dispatched his skid loader & dump truck to resolve the problem. Very responsive, fast action, very clean & most important reasonably priced. I found out that they do many facets of yard needs. I will be contracting. Them for topsoil & to pave my site once this winter goes away!

We recently had a fence installed by McCall Fencing and could not be happier with both the quality of the work and the customer service after the install. A few weeks after the fence was put up, the gate became difficult to lock due to a little settling. We called to see if there was anything that could be done, and the very next morning they sent Kevin out to take a look.
Kevin spent hours making sure everything was fixed correctly instead of just putting a temporary fix on it. He even had to take a bracket back to the shop to get it lined up properly after the fence had settled. He was extremely professional, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right.
McCall Fencing should know they have a great employee in Kevin. He represents their company and brand exceptionally well. We truly appreciate the quality work and outstanding customer service and would highly recommend them!
I have been dealing with pure clean from the Tri-Cities for a couple weeks now. Since my water leak. Pure clean from the Tri-Cities has some unique employees. Dog chewed up the remote control for my GreenTech space heater (which I love). Found the replacement easily on their website — $12.95, seemed reasonable. This thing weighs a hair over a half ounce but, based on experience, I’m prepared to see a shipping cost of about $15. To my surprise shipping is free. Ordered on Sunday, received on Wednesday. It works perfectly. I call that great service. Highly recommend!
