I had the opportunity to get a set of lashes for my trip to our Granddaughter's college graduation, so I grabbed it.Not knowing what to expect I was nervous. Ann explained the process before starting and put my mind at ease. The process took two hours like she said. There were no surprises. Ann has the softest touch of anyone I've ever had touch my face. The experience was so relaxing and well worth the time. I didnt want long thick eyelashes, I just wanted some natural eyelashes that age and cancer has robbed me of. When I looked in the mirror I could not believe I had my eyelashes back. I would recommend Ann to anyone wanting their eyelashes back. This was my first appointment with Heather at her new location in Collierville. The salon is nice and roomy inside. There is plenty of space between booths which makes talking to Heather so much easier. I didn’t have to talk over people in order for her to hear me. As always Heather did a fabulous job on my hair as well as my 81 year old mother’s hair. She made my mom feel extra special and that means the world to me.

I had plumbing problems with my toilets. A previous owner had changed out a flapper valve. Now, the plastic workings had been worn out, and we're falling apart. More than I could try fixing myself. The plumber was on time. Very polite. Best of all, he replaced all of the inadequate builders choices for parts, and had it all readjusted and repaired, all for the stated cost. I will use these plumbers services if I ever have any plumbing troubles again.
I cannot review Witham Plumbing as I elected to go a different direction. Mr. Witham had a fair price and was very nice. I will use his service in the future. In this instance another service edged him out for the main water line replacement I had to get done.

Kurt and his team did us a solid. The were able to come in, on short notice, and clean up a mess left by a previous tenant. They pull permits, are on time, on schedule(if not ahead), were under budget, and easy to work with. I will call them every time I need electrical issues solved!

I have used this Pest Control service for the past four years and they are always courteous and understanding and prompt take care of any of my issues. These guys are professional and super honest
1,000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could deduct stars I would!! My original contract states they would spray my yard monthly from March through October. This year they have taken it upon themselves to schedule in November and December, NOT SHOW UP, AND CHARGE ME. I normally pay online so they has my credit card info. THEY TOOK THE LIBERTY OF TAKING MONEY FOR SERVICES THAT DID NOT EXIST AND FOR WHICH THEY HAD NO AUTHORIZATION TO DO SO. THIS IS THEFT. I called and spoke with Rachel in billing when I saw the pending charge on my account and she said she would email corporate aro get the charge removed or refunded. I never heard back from her and the charge went through. I phoned her the second day, after the charge went through, and she said that she was sorry and would email corporate again to get the money refunded. My account is showing a charge for services in November and December that did not happen. November's eventually happened because I had to call and complain because I got a bill for services for which no one completed (I work from home). Now, in December, they have not only entered that they have come out and completed service which they haven't (nor were they supposed to according to our contract), they have run my credit card and taken money from me WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. I have requested my contract cancelled. Supposedly they have done this. I am going to next report to the Better Business Bureau and authorities.

I visited Dental Design on popular to get a bonded retainer. During my first visit, they couldn’t fit it properly, and the next available appointment was almost a month away. I was quite disappointed, so I sent an email requesting an earlier appointment.
To my surprise, the management took my concern very seriously. They understood my situation and arranged an earlier appointment. During that visit, they made me a beautiful, well-fitting retainer, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Been void of a good dentist company for the past 10 years due to a super bad experience. Was a little bit apprehensive that I might find the same thing with Higginbotham dental. It was totally opposite. From the time I walked in until the time I left everyone was super nice super cordial and very experienced focused on my needs and not getting me out the door for the next patient to come in. Have a 6-month appointment scheduled and plan on making them my primary Dental facility. 100% recommend this company and its staff.

Dr. Kelton has been a life-saver. As a result of many horseback riding injuries over the years, going into my 40s has meant my back has become temperamental at best and completely sprung at the worst. But regular visits to Dr. Kelton keep me active and able to do what I love. He is empathetic when I’ve been sore and truly listens to me when I report on how I’m doing. And I appreciate that he isn’t judgmental when I haven’t been doing the exercises that I’m supposed to.
My experiences with other chiropractors in the area, before I found Dr. Kelton, made me feel like I was in cookie-cutter programs that they put all their clients through regardless of personal differences—Dr. Kelton isn’t like that at all. He adjusts my care based on issues I’m having at the time, and is great about tailoring his advice to where I’m physically at at that time.
Overall, I really can’t say enough good things about Dr Kelton. I’ve been seeing him for years and think he’s the best choice for anyone looking for personally tailored, effective chiropractic work in the Collierville area.

I went in today to see Dr Gene Burford at ideal Health Solutions in Collierville, TN~ for lower back & hip pain. Firstly~ he has a great, funny, & strong personality (in an educating’ way~ not at all aggressive), & is so friendly (in the good way) & comforting. After taking X-rays & a thorough explanation of my X-rays & what my treatment might look like~ Dr Burford used
‘The Stemwave’ machine on my lower back. omGGG .. after the treatment my lower back instantly felt renewed. I realize it’s not a ‘one & done’ & will require more sessions~ but, I can only explain it like this. Before ‘The Stemwave’ treatment today~ my lower bank had begun to feel hollow(ish) & unsupported, prone to collapse (posture-wise). After Dr Burford’s use of ‘The Stemwave’ on the area today~ I stood instantly more upright, felt my lower back was more supported and supporting of me (& my body). I am telling you that the hollowness quickly felt ‘filled’, i even felt a vibrancy to the area. I am not even a big google reviewer~ yet here I am~ because this machine works !! On Saturday morning our senior dog suddenly became very ill, and we knew with her age and condition there likely was not much that could be done. We wanted her to be as comfortable as possible, and our usual vet was unable to get her in. I called Kelsey Canine and explained our situation and they didn’t hesitate to help. Dr. Crain, all of the techs, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to comfort us, provide a thorough assessment and quick care to our dog, and helped ease an incredibly difficult day for us. They stayed late on a Saturday and didn’t make us feel rushed at all as we said our goodbyes. I will never be able to fully express my gratitude for the team at Kelsey Canine.
