What impressed me most was the sense of urgency Brad showed even though my repair was a relatively small job and clearly wasn't going to be a big, profitable project for the company. That didn't matter to him. I called, and Brad made it a priority to come out that same day to inspect the issue.
He didn't just take a quick look and tell me what needed to be done. Brad took the time to carefully walk me through exactly what was causing the problem, what needed to be repaired, and why. He was deliberate in his explanation and made sure I actually understood what was going on before he left. There was no pressure, no attempt to upsell me, and no making a small repair seem bigger than it was.
Within just a couple of days, the repair was completed and the problem was taken care of.
It's easy for a company to provide great service when there's a large, expensive job on the line. I think you learn much more about a company by how they treat someone when there isn't a huge payday involved. Brad treated my small repair with the same urgency, professionalism, and attention I would expect if I were replacing an entire roof.
