“Dr. Rachel is so thorough with her patients. I’ve been seeing her for many years now. She makes people feel valuable and cared for. I even took my 9 year old son and she let him ask all the questions and helped him feel comfortable for his appointment as well ?“

“Very cute little boutique eye store located in the heart of Collierville. My kid broke her glasses and my wife tasked me with getting her an exam and new pair. We were in a hurry and this place was the fastest exam I could find for her. I went in completely blind and honestly thought I was going to another place. The staff was nice, the Doctor seemed to know what he was doing. We got her exam all done and then on to the designer frame hustle. Ended up being $305 for a pair of glasses and the exam. Billed insurance a good bit more. It is what it is I guess. I was in a hurry. She likes the glasses. I am just too used to Costco I guess. I could have gotten two Gucci frames for that amount. Nice folks though. Support local Adam!!!! Damn it '24 - 24/100“

“Dr. Walley's assistant Lauren always ensures you're taken care of from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. It's a clean and comfortable office with a nice showroom with some display options. Dr. Walley is a personable and caring doctor that recommends what he feels is best for you as an individual, which is refreshing. He is a teaching doctor so ask questions and absorb. If you want a doctor that has a real method that you can learn from and gain something new from then take into consideration some change. I was really impressed with how at ease he makes things. He is not overpriced but he is not going to be your Walmart pricing so don't expect the same pricing because your paying for quality here. He cares and makes things very simple. I can see everyone walking out pleased and RELIEVED with their experience here.“

The eye care club is a big help: it was a very nice store in Collierville TN. My husband and I have been customers for a long time in Florida and now here. Good selection of frames too.“
