“My daughter and I have been nail salon hopping in the Collierville area trying to find the perfect nail salon. Out of the 4 we've tried, Opus comes out on top! They are extremely thorough and detail oriented to where the entire visit feels indulgent. Not one cuticle was damaged which is a first for me. The massage was so extensive it felt like a massage parlor where I also got my nails done and not a quick rub down at my nail appointment. The cost was comparable to the other salons. The only con is the limited drink options. Our only alcohol options were red and white wine which neither of us are huge fans. Not a big deal, but I would have liked a mimosa or Screwdriver. The polish color options are not vast either. However, I personally feel 1000s of color options are much too overwhelming. They had a good selection to choose from and exactly what my daughter and I came in for, so no big deal there. Overall, I very much enjoyed my visit and intend to return to Opus in the future! When dropping a hundred bucks for nail services, good customer service should be automatic. Coming from California, I was kind of surprised at some of the nasty customer service encounters at the local nail salons. What made the experience even better, the nail tech did a great job! I will be back.“

“I called this morning for an appointment at lunch and they said to be there at 12:30. I got there on time and they immediately got me to a station and started on my nails. There were 4 other customers there getting nails done as well.My nails look so GOOD! I love them and I hate to say, but they look much better than when I go to my "regular" nail place. The prices were reasonable and the salon was clean. VT's will be my regular nail salon from now on.Service: Dip powder“

“Beautiful salon. Beautiful spa music playing and sign asking you to silenced your phone. Truly a Spa atmosphere. Just stumbled upon this salon during the snow we had. My salon was closed and every other shop I could find was closed, however, I certainly do understand that. I could not be happier with this salon. I've only been one time but I will be going back.
