In the past I have always gone to Massage Envy Cordova, but this location will be my new go to! I accidentally booked this location and ended up being very late to my appointment because of it. Even though it was not their fault, Char made sure I was taken care of. When most businesses would have said "deal with it", I was shown kindness and given a complimentary service to make the trip worth it. Massage Envy Collierville, especially Char and Miranda, turned my day from bad to best. Highly recommend this location.
Had a couples massage. Massage itself was on point. Giving it a 4 for two reasons. The room was chilly and I was never given the hot towel but my husband got his. Not sure if my therapist forgot or what. But other than that we enjoyed our time.
Kendra Shes wonderful after massaging my neck it felt amazing.. Joey really helped with my sciatica and stretched my neck when I sat up on the table my neck and back felt phenominal.. Michael definately helped my shoulder he was amazing he just know the right pressure to apply and where to apply it. He was great as well!
