James was Awesome! I can’t express enough how great he was! My house is being purchased by a job relocation company and they wanted everything fixed. I was missing shingles, loose toilet, fireplace, pipe in attic, vent system and windows with no thermal seal. On top of that they wanted a detailed itemized bill of everything that was repaired. James did not disappoint. If your windows need to be replaced go to ace. Instead of replacing the entire window James suggested replacing the window pane. As always, ace handiman did an excellent job. This time, took out old and put in new microwave. They have repaired ceilings, painted rooms, hung pictures and shades, hung tvs to name a few. Always very professional and timely. They are my go to handy men. Brenda Smith
