Same day appointment. The scheduler was very flexible on working with me to get a good time for my appt. My technician, Henry, was very sweet and personable. He’s very funny and we had a really nice conversation. I had a dip manicure and gel pedicure. They really take their time and the leg and foot massage was incredible. I appreciated the bottled water they offered. They have a wine bar as well! 10 days later, my nails look as good as they did the first day! I’m not local but if I ever needed my nails done again in rapid city, I would absolutely be coming back here. I noticed a lot of regulars coming and going as well so that always increases my confidence when I try a new place. Thank you, Henry!
The owners are very welcoming. By the time I left, I felt like I had known them forever. They took their time, it looks good, and was a good price. If they offer different levels of pedicure (eg with wax, hot stones, etc), they did not mention them. I will definitely be coming back.

This is a 5 star place. Only place I get eyebrows waxed and pedicures, however only 4 stars because their prices online are not the same as in the salon. My services today should have been 81$ but when I checked out it was 99$. Not sure the up charge, I need to call.

I initially only entered for a consultation, gripped with uncertainty about whether my wish could ever come true. One time while my daughter was nursing, she bit down hard and almost ripped my nipple clean off. The scar left behind left me worried I'd never be able to fulfill my dream of having nipple piercings. But Mamma Johnnie laid all my fears to rest. After a professional look-over and seasoned advice, my consultation ended up turning into getting pierced on the spot! She was so understanding and sweet and patiently answered every one of my 10 million questions. I experienced almost no pain, (the scarred one twinged a bit), and have evolved into my next form. I've had issues with my right ear, jaw, and shoulder for a few years now. Finally I decided to look into the pain and was diagnosed with TMJ. There isn't a lot you can do about it, but my fiance booked me a massage to see if it helps. In short, magic took place. After 90 minutes worth of work on my neck area, I left feeling like a new man. Cassi even linked me to equipment I can use at home to help manage the issues. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The best 90 minutes of my life! I booked a 90 minute Swedish massage and I fell in love. I'm in South Dakota for the summer and I usually get massages at least once a month for tension that I get through my job. I was really nervous about trying out a new person since I'm in love with my regular massage therapist. I looked up a few places in Rapid City and compared the reviews from each. And I'm so glad that I chose this place! The women that greeted me were super friendly and very welcoming. Once I was on the table the therapist made sure I saw that she put a 90 minute timer and started to go. Her pressure and hands were amazing and she constantly asked if i was doing ok. When she brought the hot stones over she made sure to cool them down by apply the heat to her hands and then rubbing her hot hands on my body. And once I flipped over she asked if a massage over my stomach was ok. After each side, she used a hot towel to rub off the excess oil and lotion to which I'm very appreciative. I do not feel overly oiled. Just for a random note. This establishment is right next to subway. And let me tell you... the smell of fresh bread that lingers into the room is amazing. I'm a bread lover and the smell of that while getting a massage was the best thing in the world! It was great and unexpected addition to the service.I will definitely be coming back before I leave back home. I highly recommend for everyone to give them a try!

It is so hard to get local plumbing services in Hot Springs to even call back. I had been trying for weeks. I was happy to get Loyal Plumbing from Rapud City to send Justin just within a few working days from my call for a few non emergency jobs. Got a quote to replace our aging water heater, install an expansion tank, replace a leaking washing machine shutoff, replace the undersized washing machine drain pipe and lastly to talk about water softener options. Dustin and I had a great conversation about the water heater options they offer and he did a great job of selling me on the new GE line of heaters they offer. We decided on the higher end model, which offered several features I hadn't heard of before, including the ability to change the temperature of the water easily so as to create more hot water capacity via a mixing valve, and monitor or make changes remotely. Essentially we can ramp it up for when we have a lot company over and not need a bigger tank to do so, or turn it down to save energy when it's just us at home like normal.Our next topic was water softening (which we didn't really have much physical room for) and we settled on a NatureSof descaler which takes up no space at all and has proven to be super effective (better than hoped) at removing our hard water deposits on all our fixtures and conveniently keeping our shower glass cleaner. I'd guess everything is now 90% better than it was after just a few months.From quoting, to communicating, to the actual install, they were great to work with. The install itself went fast and they were respectful of our house, doing a great job of cleaning up. I couldn't say which part we are more happy with, but we'll definitely be calling them again if needed in the future.Services: Water heater installation

The guy that came out to my house today was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name)He got my power up and running after making sure to check every possible thing that could have caused the power issue.I felt so bad for the fact that it was -15 out and I couldn't shovel the snow out of the way for him before he came. However, he was very kind and didn't seem to mind.He also didn't seem to mind that my house was a bit of a mess due to the power going out mid cleaning. He was most likely training Eric and was so thoughtful and knowledgeable when I asked him about a tree I had planted while they were here for routine fertilizing of my trees. He took Eric and thoroughly explained to him everything he was doing. In regards to the new tree, they were both on the ground for at least 5-7 min assessing it and gave me advice and explained things!Coming from a teacher, this was a blessing to my day to witness the younger generation acting with such professionalism, kindness and respect. We recently had the Mustang Disaster Team come to our residence to clean our heating/A/C ducts, as this has never been done since we moved into our home. The Mustang team was both very professional, and thorough in their work. We were very pleased with their services, and would highly recommend their company to anyone looking to have this service performed at their residence or business. While onsite, they also spent time explaining their cleaning process in detail, and it was neat to see their equipment working in person. It was truly amazing how much dust and debris their equipment was able to pull from our vents. I tried Acupuncture for the 1st time on Nov 21, mainly for numbness in my hands. It has been over 2 weeks and I have had little to no numbness in my hands. I would wake up in the morning with no feeling, sleeping with compression gloves. Now I don't have to. It's been amazing. She is so honest and I feel is really there to heal. She didn't push another session and recommended another source of healing along with Acupuncture. I will definitely be going back!! I am so happy to have very minimal pain. More than positive after more sessions it will be gone.

I spent thousands of dollars at conventional doctors having test after test run with no one able to figure out what was going on. I decided to travel to Rapid City to call on the expert and not only did he figure out what was going on, but he fixed it! He has been able to help me a lot throughout the years! He is incredible!
Dr. Burns is an excellent chiropractor! I have been to several chiropractors in the past couple years and Dr. Burns is one of the best. His adjustments were spot on and I never had a bad or incomplete adjustment. He takes time to give individualized care every time. The staff is also very friendly, I felt like I was treated like a friend and not just a client. Scheduling was easy, with my uncertain work schedule I was usually able to be seen the same day I call. A bonus is he is open on Saturdays, which is very helpful. Since I am active duty military and my healthcare doesn't cover chiropractic adjustments, I have to pay for adjustments out of pocket. Parkside Chiropractic offers a military discount for active duty. I have and will continue to refer him to everyone.

The nice folks at Mountain View were absolutely amazing! My cat was very stressed about her first ever visit and they were very understanding and helpful. My kitten Cashew quickly felt comfortable once i got her inside. The nurse and doctor were both very kind and gentle with her, earning her friendship with some churu! They were also very transparent with pricing and i paid exactly what i expected to, which is always good. When it started to rain, they gave me an umbrella to get her to the car so she stayed dry! If i could rate 10 stars i would!
We have a rat named Charlie that unfortunately has made quite a few trips to the Vet. Dr.Falcon and the rest of the team are always so kind and gentle with my sweet boy and go above and beyond taking care of him. They make everything so easy and stress free. Absolutely recommend!
We recently had to put our 12yo german shepherd to sleep. BHAH is not my regular vet, but due to crazy circumstances, I called to ask for euthanasia assistance. They didn't have time or openings, but they made time to help and were so gracious about it.Losing our family bestie was absolutely awful, but the care we received was amazing! Every single person in that building was so incredibly compassionate. I felt that they truly cared about my dog and our family. They made a horribly tragic day bearable.Words cannot express how appreciative my family is to the whole clinic for helping us through this.And Dr Mez, wow. This vet was just perfect for our needs. I didn't want to deal with leashes, waiting in an office, or any of the usual stuff that goes with a vet visit. He came out to my vehicle, and very tenderly and lovingly took care of my 18 year and 17 year old "pups".

Highly, highly recommend! We needed blankets for our horses immediately and with all the horse blankets sold out in our area we were really in a pinch. Called Triple R Tack, not only were they friendly but EXTREMELY helpful, we have never had to blanket our horses and they walked us through what we needed. They had multiple brands, sizes, and colors, and all reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back.
amazing animal clinic! my cat had a fish hook stuck in its lower lip and I came to this clinic because it was the only one open/with a doctor present. They got my cat in right away and had her out before I even finished the paperwork. They were so efficient and so friendly to each customer in the building! I was traveling on vacation with my dog when he had a medical condition. He was in need of medical attention so we could complete our journey home. We were near Rapid City and I opted to go with TLC Pet Hospital and couldn't have been happier with my decision. The staff understood my concerns and quickly worked us in to be seen by the vet. They showed great concern for my four legged family member. In all total, we were in and out in approximately one hour and i felt like my oet had received excellent attention and care. I was well pleased at how friendly and caring the entire staff was. Being a work in and someone they would probably never see again, they could have treated us in any manner but instead the entire staff was amazing. I even received a follow up call the next day from a staff member wanting to know how things were going. The staff at TLC absolutely are amazing
I went to them in a panic, one of my cats ate a plant that is highly toxic to cats. And before judging, it was bright to my place and I was not home so it was left there for me. Let me tell U a little history of how I came to meet Dr. Meiners, I'm a DAV/USMC/Retired. She touch care of my service dog, Sargent. He passed on memorial day. Enters my new 2 sister puppies. They got loose and one got hit by a car. Being that I am a DAV on a fixed income, I took the one pup that was hit (she needed around 12 stitches. She gave me a great brake on the surgery procedure. Dr. Meiners respects the DAV's and she will always take care of my new 2 puppies. Craig. Thank You Doc.

The classes were fine, but there is very little 1 on 1 with the trainers. I took the basic manners class. In my class there was about 10 dogs and their owners, if not more. There were a few times the trainer would borrow a dog and show us examples of what she wanted. Each class was an hour long, once a week. I think 5 weeks of classes.We were given generic homework each week to practice before the next class. Overall I think the basic classes are good for general knowledge.I was a bit disappointed though, as I feel my dog (mostly me, I guess) needed a lot more direct help and advice regarding some of his behaviors. At this point I do believe my dogs issues are outside the scope of the programs available here.A major problem I had was the trainer did not really make herself available to talk to after the one hour training sessions: for some questions I had about his behavior, where I could go, or if she had any more personal 1 on 1 classes available. She was usually booked back to back on classes, so just didnt have time I guess? Nor during the class..I had several times I tried to ask for advice and I just felt ignored, like she literally just turned away from me as I was starting to ask something.In summation, I probably won't come back here. If your dog has a good demeanor but you just need to be told what things you should train them to do, this place is fine. Honestly, it doesnt teach you anything you cant learn from youtube. The only reason I signed up was to get some more personal advice and for someone to see how he is on a day to day basis and what I'm doing wrong/how to correct that. I wasnt expecting so many dogs per class and so little individual attention to each.
Dogs well cared for. Dogs seemed happy when picked them up. Even had their nails clipped while there. Workers pleasant on phone and in person. Fast check in and check out. Would recommend this kennel.
