K&D Appliance was great to work with when our wash machine pump went out. Ragen did a thorough and professional job. He knew what he was doing and was very quick. He communicated well with me, even texting me when he was on his way to our home. Great communication skills. Excellent service, helpful & nice customer service & wonderful, conscientious service staff technicians. Brent was here & was able to figure out the problems with our appliance & get it up & working again, good as new!! These folks are great!! Highly recommend!! We used their services to repair a recall issue on our washer and to fix our dryer. A few weeks later we had another issue that was completely unrelated to the original dryer issue. It took several days to get the parts and for the technician to return to complete the fix (we are in Spearfish). After many trips to the local laundromat, I am happy to say we have a fully functional washer and dryer set again.
