The instructors & the vibe of this whole place is just right for me. No pretension or weirdness I've felt in some other studios across the country, just great practice & great community.
I'm new to town. The studio owner/teacher is so welcoming! Clean space with a little lounge area. Lots of props available. Mats and things for sale. Very professional. Overall good energy, aesthetic, and experienced teachers.
Never have I felt more supported at a yoga studio. Not only are the instructors continually innovative in leading but community and personal growth are focused on and supported by all. Sol has helped me make yoga a natural part of my life where I'm simply expected to show up as I am.
