I dropped my computer off, paid the diagnostic fee, and went home. Within a few hours Bryan called and said my computer was fixed! I was shocked and relieved as I’m web designer/copywriter so my MacBook is essential to my livelihood. I asked what I owed and he said, the fix was simple so the diagnostics fee covered it.
