Dr. Sigman is absolutely amazing! He has helped me and my whole family so much! I was having several issues after having Covid. I spent thousands of dollars at conventional doctors having test after test run with no one able to figure out what was going on. I decided to travel to Rapid City to call on the expert and not only did he figure out what was going on, but he fixed it! He has been able to help me a lot throughout the years! He is incredible!

I highly recommend Dr Sigman. You can always, always count on him. I've gone to him 25 years on and off. Although others are indeed helpful, no one else compares. Rapid City is fortunate to have him. His methods and knowledge, extremely valuable. Out of approx. 20 chiropractors I'd been to for a very difficult illness, he was one of 4 with his methods and the other 3 were out of state. He's a crucial member of the Black Hills Community.

Dr Sigman is a miracle worker! I had pain for a few weeks before I finally decided I better go in. I’m new to the area but I’m glad I picked this place. He knew right away what was the issue and I was feeling better the next day after he worked his magic! He makes sure you are pain free by making follow up appointments to guarantee everything is resolved. He definitely knows his stuff and you can tell he truly cares. The receptionists are also super friendly. I promise you’ll be in great hands coming here!
