“We took our 5-year-old daughter here today to get her ears pierced, and they were really good with her, explaining everything to her. They were able to do both her ears at the same time and it didn't seem to hurt her ears at all and it went very smoothly. We decided after the fact that we didn't like the placement of one of her ears and when we went in to ask about what steps to take to get it fixed, we were surprised when they said they'd fix it right then, and they were so patient with our girl and extra gentle when repiercing her ear and I'm just happy they seemed genuinely concerned with making it look good for her and they were really understanding about everything. Her ears look awesome and she's so happy with her new look ?“
“I knew years ago after I saw Matt’s work that someday I would get a tattoo from him, I went there yesterday and had him do a memorial for my parents on my arm. I am beyond words at how happy I am with his work, this tattoo means the world to me and he brought it to life. “Couldn’t have had a better experience! I came in as a walk in after getting turned away from everywhere else. I left my name and number and was told I’d get a call if they had an opening, and got that call just a couple hours later. I got in with Brian and had the best first tattoo I could ask for. All the staff is super nice and fun to talk to. Was very clean and sanitary and just a good setting to comfortably get a tattoo. Will be back for my next piece for sure! Couldn’t recommend more!!“

“April did a fantastic job, provided great customer service, and has wonderful bedside manner. She really took time to make sure everything was aligned evenly and that I was happy with the placements. I came in an hour before they closed with no appointment for spur of the moment piercings. The shop has a very cozy and welcoming vibe and everyone I interacted with was friendly. I’ve been to other shops in the past that weren’t bad, but not nearly as welcoming or professional as Convicted Designs. And, while I don’t have any tattoos, I have friends who get all their work done by Sam and I can attest his work is top notch. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Great people. Great work. I’ll be coming here for all my piercings from now on.“
