“I’m going to this location for physical therapy, and met my physical therapist for the initial meeting. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. My PT Kelsey Nix was and is very friendly also. She explained and showed me the issue that I have going on, and what the physical therapy will do to help. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Kelsey is very knowledgeable in what she’s doing and she listened to my questions and concerns. “This office is hit or miss, don’t expect excellency every time. If you’re on Medicaid I expect sub par anyways but, I cannot leave a voicemail for the front desk, this needs to be fixed. It’s different every time I try to call for anything. Currently it just rings and there’s nothing I can do but drive 30-45 minutes just to schedule an appt or ask a question. We’ve been coming here for 10 years so I’d expect I can get ahold of someone or at least leave a voicemail. Pleeeeaaase fix that.“
