On a Friday morning, Brio got me in for a sick visit 60 minutes after I called. Ellen was warm, friendly, and listened to me about my symptoms and history. She discussed options and why each item was being prescribed. I received an injection, had an X-ray, blood work, prescriptions sent to local pharmacy, and checked out all in just over 60 minutes.I’m grateful my PCP office was able to see me and provide everything I needed under one roof.

Not only is the staff-as in every single person you encounter-friendly and professional (have you ever been offered a bottle of water at check-in at your doctor' visit?) but the office at Bella Grove is beautiful and clean.Paige is amazing and really took the time to listen to my symptoms and then worked with me to find a good solution when I told her about my allergies/sensitivities.This is how healthcare should be and it is so refreshing to feel like you are a partner in your health instead of a number in a giant corporate managed healthcare system.
