She's hands down the best primary care doc I've ever had, and everyone I've come into contact with there is so kind and helpful. When I bring Dr. Peiffer concerns and questions she listens and answers with compassion and patience. Our appointments never feel rushed, but it's also rare that I sit in the waiting room more than 10 to 20 minutes. If she is not concerned about something, she explains exactly why and generally offers testing anyway if I still want it. She's truly invested in collaborative care; she's happy to answer follow up questions to make sure I understand, she lays out the treatment/care options and offers her professional opinion while always backing what I decide is best for me. She, her staff, and the office staff are amazing about portal messaging and calling me back with answers to questions, dealing with prescriptions, and manage medical supplies. On top of that, the office practices trauma informed care and, in my and my partner's experience, has always been understanding and supportive around issues that are difficult or impossible to navigate at other doctor's offices.“
