I would like to express my sincere gratitude to nurse Victoria Schapp.

I naturally have very difficult veins, honestly, it feels like I have one vein for both arms and even that one is difficult 😄 Throughout my entire life, Victoria is the first nurse who is able to find my vein on the very first try. Even highly experienced emergency room professionals often struggled and sometimes needed ultrasound equipment to locate my veins.

Victoria has a true natural talent. Not only does she get it right on the first attempt, but she does it quickly, confidently, and professionally every single time.

Dr. Austin Mahaffey has a true gift. He treats not only a person’s illness, but also their soul.

I had a good doctor for several years and he left a little while after Prisma took over the practice. After that another good doctor came on board. He was great. And then he left. Prisma will not tell me where he went to. I tried finding him online, but he apparently has a name that is far more common than I would I have thought. In the past three years almost everyone that was there has left and been replaced. Appointments take forever to get, and they seem rushed all the time.
