“I took my 80 y/o Mom to Easley ENT for a persistent problem that was really getting her down. Upon entering we were greeted by a lovely gal named Sydney (Sidney??) I had been dealing with Sarah the day before on the phone and she was friendly, competent, and extremely helpful. Jasmine, who was adorable and so sweet, took us back for the preliminary work up right away. When Jasmine left, Jaime the PA came i moments later. She did a thorough examination. She explained as she went through the exam and answered our many questions with patience and knowledge. It was a refreshing change from a lot of medical offices that push you through like a number. I definitely recommend this practice. Thank you Easley ENT for taking such good care of my Mother!“

“I needed to bring my brother in to have his lungs listened to and possibly x-rayed after recovering from pneumonia recently. He had started to cough and I was concerned that he might have aspirated his drink. My brother has Down Syndrome and also Alzheimers so he was agitated during the visit.
After checking in he was brought to a room within 20 minutes and the doctor came in less than 10 minutes later.
His doctor was great and professional. He examined him and was courteous to my brothers agitation during the exam.
