He actually listens and doesn’t disregard your concerns nor make you feel patronized, and as a woman receiving care from a male provider, that’s incredibly important. I’ve left every appointment feeling like it was the most productive doctor’s visit ever. Today, I was in awful pain unrelated to my scheduled appointment, and immediately Dr. Jim asks what he can do to help me be more comfortable and address the issue. He’s also extremely quick to call you personally to follow up with results and treatments etc. Such a great provider and great staff as well! The nurses and others are always so welcoming and hospitable—I was even offered a recliner and pillows to make me more comfortable. 1000/10 Recommend Brio on Harrison Bridge!“
