“I was iffy about choosing a vet to take my 9 month old cat due to personal issues with anxiety. After reading about Ebenezer, I quickly scheduled my appointment online. The staff was super responsive and very friendly. Upon arrival, we were greeted and pointed to a separate seating area for cats (love this!!!). We were called to a room quickly. I was pleased by the friendly technician in our exam room, she made me feel comfortable immediately. Dr. Mocanu took the time to listen to my concerns and explained all of the options for care. She made me feel welcome and gave me the sense of peace I needed for the care of my cat. If you want an office and doctor that you can trust with your animals, look no further. Thanks Ebenezer!“
“We just moved into town and we called to be placed on a waiting list so we could eventually become clients. Waited about a month and it was truly worth it!! Right out of the first visit and they did a comprehensive exam, in depth review about their medical history, and gave us a packet with lots of information. They are really knowledgeable and truly care about the pets and it shines through. We will staying with Baxter Clinic as our vet moving forward.“

“Dr. Olson is the best veterinarian my dogs have ever had. I drive from Charlotte and wouldn’t have it any other way. She performed dental surgery on two of my babies. The staff is fantastic, informative and takes excellent care of my dogs. I walked in, and Brandee was holding Sadie (my dog) post-op, and she looked so happy. I thought it was the strangest yet sweetest thing. That’s how you know they love what they do— and the animals feel that love. It says a lot when your dog isn't scared to return after surgery!
