We have been going to South Point Pet Hospital for a little over a year. Dr. Sarah Taylor was genuinely very kind and compassionate. She did an assessment of our senior dog a few months ago and prepared us for the inevitable (our pooch had a lot of pain from arteritis). I will also say that the entire staff were very caring (especially Gerry, the receptionist). We recently had to let our furry family member go a few weeks ago and we recently received a card (with our pooch's paw, nose, and ear prints) from the entire staff. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
Staff is always friendly and loving. They welcome my kitten with open arms, rubbing and loving on him. The doctors are so very nice and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean. I would highly recommend South Point Animal Hospital.
I have to give five stars to the incredible team at South Point Animal Hospital! I’ve been bringing my senior dog here for the past two years and have always appreciated their exceptional customer service, expertise, and genuine care for my little dude.
Special kudos to Dr. Taylor, who has been my primary point of contact throughout our visits. Her knowledge and communication always make me feel heard whenever I have concerns, and I leave confident that my dog is receiving excellent care with the right wellness plan to keep him healthy and active.
