I was iffy about choosing a vet to take my 9 month old cat due to personal issues with anxiety. After reading about Ebenezer, I quickly scheduled my appointment online. The staff was super responsive and very friendly. Upon arrival, we were greeted and pointed to a separate seating area for cats (love this!!!). We were called to a room quickly. I was pleased by the friendly technician in our exam room, she made me feel comfortable immediately. Dr. Mocanu took the time to listen to my concerns and explained all of the options for care. I highly recommend Ebenezer Animal Hospital. The veterinarians are patient and listen to your concerns. They also let you decide what course of action to take. Very kind and gentle. Very knowledgeable.

The appointment for my dogs annual check up was fast and concise. I felt like I had a say in the care for my animal and I didn't feel pressured to add on any procedures/medications that I felt were unnecessary for my dog and her lifestyle. That's a first for a vet, I usually feel like I'm trying to pushed to spend more money. They are also very fast as refilling prescriptions for your pet if they require medication. And there are vets here who care for herps as well!
