Wonderful Vet! I've been coming to this vet practice for the past 14 years. They've seen our dog all the way from puppy to a senior. They have always responded with care and concern. The doctors and employees could not be better. The techs are absolutely amazing. I feel like they always go above and beyond to make sure our pets are well provided for and all our questions are answered. Another bonus is that they are open in the evenings which as a working person, is extremely important to me.

I used EAH for over 23 years and they have cared for 5 of my dogs during that time. I don't have any real complaint about the vet care, but in recent years, I have noticed a marked increase in prices and a somewhat disinterested staff especially at the front desk. They have begun to act like the cashiers at Walmart and you will be processed when it is convenient for them. It appears that making money is the prime objective and customer satisfaction and pet wellness is not high on the list of objectives. I love Ebenezer. They were half the price of the last vet's office I went to. They worked me in last minute when my kitty was hurt and didn't try and sell me anything, just got to business. She hasn't been walking on her leg and is now (one day later) running around the house again. The waiting area is roomy and they provide towels to put over cat carriers Incase your kitty gets spooked easily! Despite me not being a regular, many regular customers came in and the staff greeted them with a smile and knew their names and were always excited to see their animals. Great choice if you're looking for a vet in the RH area.
