“We had a great experience bringing our 10 yr old cat to this location. The room had chirping bird sounds and they sprayed Feliway on a towel and draped it over the crate to calm our cat before being assessed. Dr. Breton Anderson and Mckenzie were wonderful in communicating and caring for our pet, and were able to do everything right there in the room - which I was thankful for. Some clinics whisk your pet away to a different area and you don't get to see what's going on. I hope Dr. Anderson and Mckenzie see this review because we are truly grateful and appreciate their service.“

“I switched to Cotswold Animal Hospital for my 2 dogs this year and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provide. The vets and all staff have been so kind and friendly-they really care about my dogs having a comfortable and positive experience. It has been easy to get appointments for problem focused and well care visits, and we have gotten in and out without long wait times. The office runs very efficiently and I love being able to request appointments online with a timely response. I appreciate that the vets don’t immediately jump to doing a bunch of tests and procedures immediately when one of the dogs has a problem-one of my dogs recently had an issue and Dr.May recommended watchful waiting. This saved my girl a painful procedure and me money because the problem resolved without any need for treatment. I highly recommend this practice!

I continue to love this Vet practice and their approach to the pets and parents they serve. The sweet front desk staff, the vet techs/assistants, and the vets all work together to make our visits as stress free as possible. We were worked in for an urgent visit on a very busy day and we felt like we were the only ones they had to take care of. Dr White and his assistant Michelle did an amazing job taking the time my fearful dog needed to have the best possible experience. I have now met all 4 of the vets here and I can’t say enough about their kindness and care if my dogs and me. I am so grateful for my Vet Home.“

“My dog had a vicious case of “intestinal distress”. I was seen promptly, and we were well-taken care of by all staff members. (Shout-out to Chris, who went above-and-wrong to soothe and calm my pup!) The vet spend a LOT of time with us, and provided information that was beyond-helpful! My dog is 10 (so this wasn’t my first “intestinal road-show”), but I walked out of there a lot smarter than when I walked in, and the dog received a variety of helpful medications and supplements. I am SO grateful!“

Uptown vet was amazing. It was very easy to make an appointment. They are all so sweet and professional and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Jenn was amazing and explained everything to me. Bobbi did great and didn't want to leave. If you love your dog like it is your own child, I would not trust anyone else but Uptown Vet Hospital with your baby. They are amazing!“

“I can't say enough about how caring and empathetic the folks at this place are. I'm newish to Charlotte and hadn't found a vet yet but my sick dog needed to be seen. I did not receive good news about his health and while giving us this news Dr. Pressley sat on the floor with us and gave us the sad news, explained it in detail, and shot it to us straight which I really appreciate. We had to make the devastating decision to go back a couple days later so they could help our dog pass peacefully and Dr. Skinner helped us that day. She was so sweet and kind. I feel like the doctors and the staff treated us like we had been patients for years. The compassion they all had was really heartwarming. This was a terrible time but everyone I encountered was extremely kind. I appreciate them so much!“

“Thankfully we don’t have to visit often, but we always have had a great experience when we do. We had a bit of an urgent situation that they were able to get us in for. I was comfortable with Dr. Wes knowing he listened to my concerns and was able to rule some things out, while also making sure my dog was physically comfortable throughout her exam and tests. I’m not sure of the front desk associate and vet tech names that I interacted with, but they were just as pleasant. Dr. Wes even called later in the week to follow up on how she was doing. Those small things mean a lot to pet owners. Thank you all, again!“

“Best service we have ever had! It was a Sunday and they got us right in ! Our 10 year old German Shepherd with epilepsy had 24 hours of diarrhea- he’s on a lot of chronic medications for epilepsy and we were worried about insensible water loss leading to dehydration Dr. Meghan was wonderful- she ran a radiograph, administered SQ fluids, anti nausea medication, ruled out small bowel obstruction, and diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis, possibly colitis. She recommended a probiotic food, liquid medication ( pro biotic). And no regular food until this clears in a few days!
I am incredibly impressed with your care, kindness, compassion to our “old man dog Marlin”. He’s doing better Dr. Meghan.
As you can see, I’m a medical professional but with Humans. One of my dear friends Dr. Amy Kirkpatrick is also a Veterinarian. You all are absolutely lifesaving beautiful people!
The price was a bit high but honestly we EXPECT to pay that given an urgent care visit on a Sunday. It was well worth it! I highly recommend this incredible animal hospital. Mary Dore
